Borrell
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
As an Account Executive with PAC, Rochelle Borrell works
with state and community-based organizations to build
broad partnerships and facilitate public interaction.
Her leadership in the field adds lasting value to the
advocacy and awareness goals of our clients.
Before joining PAC, Rochelle was District Scheduler for
US Representative Mark Kennedy, working with businesses,
non-profits and civic leaders as well as organizing and
coordinating events. She also served as the
Congressman’s Minority Outreach Coordinator.
Rochelle earned her B.A. in Political Science and
International Relations from the University of Wisconsin
at River Falls.
